We have been acting as CDM Co-ordinators since the original CDM Regulations were published in 1994 and have carried out work in the preparation of Pre-Construction Stage Information, checking contractors’ Construction Stage Health & Safety Plans, and compiling Health & Safety Files on completion of each project.


We liaise with the Health & Safety Executive in the early stages to ensure that our Health & Safety information covers their requirements, and we have also implemented changes in procedure following the revision of the CDM Regulations in April 2015.
